We are a group of Smart car owners mainly based in Wales who meet up on a regular basis for Smart Car related fun. Although we are called Welsh Smarties the group is made up of people from all over the UK. The only thing that we ask is that you like to have fun and hopefully have an interest in cars (preferably Smart cars).
